Pork rinds

How do you make your own, pork rinds!
I just made some using the microwave then the oven, they turned out very well.

just dont forget to wrap them in cooking paper first and dont over cook them they really burn

I slash them first with a sharp knife. It is difficult to do that with blunt knives. Ask the butcher to do it if you don't have a sharp knife. I salt them. Do not salt until ready to put into the oven or the skin becomes leathery and won't crackle up. I then cook them at a low heat for about 30mins in my Easy Cook to extract fat, which I pour off and save, then I crank up the heat to about 190-200dC and let rip. I stop when they are crispy crunchy. Yumbo. They never get to go cold because my significant other seems to appear like magic and eats them up as they become able to be handled!
