I am harvesting like a 5L bucket a day off our plants and honestly we love it - often just steamed with a tin of fish for dinner! but how can we freeze it. Froze some last year and it just turns to mush I am finding. Any tips on interesting things with it and also freezing it would be great.

Lots of interesting web sites if you google it. I could read all night lol. Enjoy your asparagus. My plants are to young yet.
