I have a small (1.3kg) leg of lamb which I want to cook completely - no hint of red/pink meat, what temp and for how long, thanks

I would agree at 180oC (maybe celcius is easier than fahrenheit for NZ).
30 minutes per lb (500g roughly) for medium/well done so that should work out fine.
Don't put it in oven cold from fridge let it sit at room temp for half an hour or so before.

I throw my lamb roasts in at about 150 for about 2.5-3 hours, more or less depending on size. For that size roast I'd prob do for a couple of hours.

I've been surfing on-line more than 3 hours these days, but I never deecovirsd any fascinating article like yours. Ita1a6s beautiful value enough for me. In my opinion, if all site owners and bloggers made just right content material as you probably did, the web will be much more useful than ever before.
