I bought a packet of these yesterday from the Otaki New World and they were yum.I kept looking at them and comparing them to their basic chocolate chip cookies (also in their bakery dept) and they looked really different in texture.I thought they had oats in them, but after googling the recipe, I see then don't.The main difference is the finely chopped walnuts. Does anyone have, please, a recipe that is 'tried and true' for these!

I usually work on a cup being 250g (or 8 ozs) because that's the weight/volume conversion for sugar
