Hi I have excess eggs at present and thinking making Pavlovas for xmas, does any one know how long they can be frozen for and the best way to freeze them.thanks

Ok to keep for Christmas. I'd wrap in gladwrap to freeze then place them in a plastic container.

yep - I've done it heaps of times.Will definately keep til Christmas, but make sure they're in a container so they don't get squashed.
