Hi, love sushi, but don't seem to be successful with the rice process.it seems to retain water and become cluggy.was thinking about buying a rice cooker. But haven't used one before.
Does anyway, use a rice cooker to make the rice for sushi! TIA

Hi, the sushi rice from the Super market.and follow all the instructions.it just doesn't turn out successfully

I usemedium grain rice and when its cooked I run it under cold water to stop it cooking more.Havent used a rice cooker.
