Shoulder chops with a good size table spoon of marmalade on each one. Cook in an oven bag for 45 mins approx. Lovely & tender. We just had this for dinner tonight nicely glassed & so tender & Yummy!

Marinate port chops in orange juice, brown sugar and ground ginger.Bake until tender.I usually pop them under the grill at the end to crisp up any crackling.
