Help please.I have tried for the second time to make a sour dough loaf and it was a disaster.the first time it was a brick and this time really sour and a funny texture. Does anyone have the time to tell me please how to make the starter( maybe I am doing this wrong) and then a nice loaf from it.something we can actually eat!LOL! I really want to learn to do this! Thank you so much.

Thanks.For some reason could not find this thread.I thought there was one.
