How long after use by date can you safely use yogurt! I wonder if it really goes "off" or just more bacteria and is it still safe to eat.! Got a bit left in container and was thinking of starting a new culture from it but at least a week over use by date. Not worth getting sick over though!Will just buy a new one

Feed it to the dog or cat.
