Hi there I make a fabbo chocolate cake but am a bit naff on icings. I fancy making a light one that incorporates marshmallows. Any suggestions!

I'm no decorating expert either, but a really easy idea is to place marshmallows all over the top of the cake as soon as it comes out of the oven, pop it back for a minute or two so the marshmallows 'melt' a little to stay on. Then drizzle a fairly runny chocolate icing or melted chocolate over.
