Many high schools and community centres have evening classes that include cooking.They won't be free, but are usually pretty cheap.Years ago I went to Thai cooking classes at a local school and they were great.

Years ago, a friend and I went to Chinese cooking classes, we had a blast, it was so much fun, we would take a bottle of wine and have a real feast at the end of the class.

yeah i did community education.italian cooking and thai cooking.some years ago now though as it was about $50 for 6 weeks but you have to take your own supplies. Was really good though.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
