I cannot decide what to make for dinner, Have mince or chicken (just the big packs from p&s) Cannot have veggies mixed in, have a fussy eater so will add something on the side.Ideas please :D

Oven baked chicken and rice!Just sprinkle the chicken pieces with a spice blend (either ready made or make your own), bake in the oven and serve with rice and veggies.

Spag Bol! or lasagna, or rissoles and gravy with the mince. Apricot chicken on rice (would you get away with that) or just roast the chicken and have veges on the side. (Herbed roasties are nice, and a good way of sneaking a bit of kumara and pumpkin into the mix) or maybe a potato bake and greens on the side!
