I have taken it out of the freezer and out of the covering, put it in the fridge for 24 hours. What do I do now PLEASE

I would slice it and eat it with salads once it's thawed, or make ham steaks,,,,important thing is what do YOU want to do with it

I was told you should put it int the oven so it will not be too soggy in the middle

i wouldn't, unless you want to eat it hot, i've never heard of anyone doing that, in fact it possibly would dry it out too much

Anybody else got the time etc to put it in the oven wrpped in tinfoil

Never wrap it in foil, you will sweat it, and if you put it into the oven as it is - you can dry it out too much and will become bit saltier as well as dryish.

Best as earlier noted, most usually give it a glaze and into the oven for the right heating time to have that nice hot ham effect, otherwise just have it as it is.
