Slow cook, either in a oven bag in the oven or slow cooker. rub a little oil, crushed garlic,salt gr pepper all over meat. Heat up a frying pan till hot pop meat in brown all the sides into your crockpot drizzle a splash of balsamic or red wine vinegar on top lid on and cook. Dinner time take meat out rest covered with tin foil tip juices into saucepan and make gravy. Or if you like it served around medium/rare sprinkle your favourite rub on it, or br sugar/mustard/garlic pop it in a oven bag and cook about 150.
