I have butter, flour, ground almonds, creme fraiche, fruit, chocolate etc but no eggs but cant think or find any recipes
Want a basic recipe so i can make a creme cheese icing with either colouring or orange rind etc something fruity
I have found one or two recipes but all are different so dont know which to use

thanx, i dnt have cocoa, cud i just add perhaps 2tsp of ground almonds instead, would that work! Looking to make a vanilla type

garfeild101, I'm not sure about the ground almonds - I think I'd be more inclined to replace the cocoa with additional flour.:-))
