EasyCouple pks of wine or malt biscuits. Bash them up fine.
Warm a Tin of Sweetened condensed milk in micro with a bit of Rum (about 15 - 20 secs)(or Brandy)and a teaspoon cocoa( actually I dont use the cocoa) Chop up some sultanas or raisins very finely , use a couple of packs of chopped nuts and throw all into your condensed milk with about a cup and half of coconut. Then put mixture in fridge to chill a bit and roll into round balls in your handsthen throw in more coconut. really messy- but yummy. a real hitI keep them in the freezer and bring out and put in bowls. . . yummy. . . .

300g crushed maltmeal or digestive biscuits
1 tin sweetened condensed milk
1 cup of mixed dried fruit – raisins etc.
1 1/4 c desiccated coconut
1/2 c lemon juice
2 T rum or brandy
2 T baking cocoa
Coconut for decoration

Mix the crushed biscuits with sweetened condensed milk, dried fruits, measured coconut, lemon juice, baking cocoa, and rum or brandy. Chill the mixture and roll into 3cm diameter balls. Roll in extra coconut.
Store refrigerated.
