I just make cup cakes and not sure why but instead of the peck being in the middle going straight up its off to the side. Did I mix for to long? ? ? Thanks for the helps They still taste good but!

hi, i googled; why did my cupcakes not rise in the middle but to the side, came up with a lovely site; CakeJournal, but when you google cakejournal you dont get the answer about the cupcakes, so i suggest you type original question into google and then into the cakejournal site, absolutly lovely hints and tips.
