Bavarian Cream

Has anyone made this before! Wanting to try and make some for a filling for cupcakes

I used to make Bavarian Cream as a component of a dessert.I think it might be too soft to use as a cake filling, and it would need to be refrigerated.Here's a recipe if you want to give it a try.
