Looked at the Sunbeam Cafe Series Limited Edition at the Appliance Shed and thought it looked ok.on special btw, The assistant said it was the one used on Junior Masterchef Australia and is great but looking up on reviews from customers in Oz it has had very bad reviews re noise, breakage of parts and overheating/burning smell etc of the MX8900.the one I looked at is the Limited Edition of the MX8900.possibly an improved version!
Anyone on here had experience with this appliance!
Sunbeam always had a good name but I see they are Made in China(what isn't) now.so maybe that is the problem.
I need to get a mixer this week.Maybe a Kenwood is better.Would love some advice from those who know!

Thanks for the input.still not sure what to get but I do have 3-4 days left to decide.would love to get a KichenAid but the price is prohibitive unfortunately.

I have a Kenwood Chef pro I think it is - love it! They are so expensive over here though, mine was 130 quid in the UK and I shipped it over when I moved.
