Hi My mum cooked up 2 bolar roasts for a dinner party but only needed one. She put the other cooked one in the freezer.
Can anyone suggest what we can do with the remaining roast, preferably for dinner one night!

My first idea is Slice it up and re-heat it smothered in gravy. Serve with mashed potato and greens of some sort.
