Bread Cases

I am making savouries out of bread cases.Do I toast the bread cases before i put the filling in them.Also has anyone got ideas of what fillings to make for them please!

yep, toast lightly so bottoms are crusty before fillings then toast again

I used to make breadcases for my cafes, best to pop in the oven first before adding filling.Fillings can be mince with potato on top;smoked fish added to a white parsley sauce;bacon and mushrooms;sweetcorn and cheese;bacon and eggs;the fillings are just your imagination.Have fun, they are nicer than savouries.

Make an onion dip, add a tin of drained tuna and add some corn kernels either frozen or tinned.
