Hi there We have a frozen cooked bolar roast which I am going to have with a good slosh of gravy over it for dinner but I aqm wondering what is the best way to reheat it without it drying out. Should I slice it, put it in a caserole dish, pour over the gravy so it is almost swimming in it and then in the oven at a low heat until it heats up that way or will it dry it out that way! Thanks so much for any suggestions.

I'd do what you suggest, except I'd heat it in the microwave rather than the ordinary oven.

I reheat bolar roast meat covered in microwave on defrost heat.I slice it first and cover in a little gravy before reheating, just enough to heat through.
