Ok so I'm not a red meat eater, but I got some little lamb shoulder chops for Miss and Master 2.5 years - any suggestions on how to cook, how long for etc please! Thanks

What cut are they!Shoulder chops need long slow cooking, loin chops and cutlets need a brief hot searing like a steak and are best medium rare.

They will probably need to be braised so as not to be too tough foryoung children.

I pop mine into a covered casserole in the oven at 180 for about an hour - delish!

if it's good lamb you should be able to enjoy it pan fried

I brush mine with mint jelly then cover with breadcrumbs and bake for about 45 minutes. Be careful with your littlies, sometimes they can have bone shards in from the butcher's bandsaw.

Lamb mid loin chops. I salt them and grill. Delicious.
