I have 3 thick pork sirloins-very lean

gerry64, if you like apple and sage with your pork have a look at the following:-

I always makea mixture up of Hoisin sauce and runny honey, about equal parts and a tad of water, smear over the top of the chop and bake and turn it over and do the same. Yummy as it gives it a wonderful flavour.

cheers you two - thats a great website 245sam - bought some honet on the weekend at the Farmers Market that is so runny cant keedp it on my toast - so will use some of that up grouch
