saw this at new world, and it looked nice. have it all ready, but not sure what kind of dressing to put over it. any ideas please.

Try this one:
2 TBSPS Olive oil 2 TBSPS white wine vinegar 2 TBSPS Freshly squeezed orange juice 1 TBSP chopped parsley salt and freshly ground black pepper to season. Put all ingredients into a jar and shake vigorously
Or if looking for a pre bottled option try something that is for pasta or potato salad.

awe, that sounds nice, but have just had dinner, had to have an early one. i ended up using a ricebran french oil/dressing. not the best, but not too bad. tossed up between that and a sourcream type. kinna, yours sounds delicious, so will use that next time. thansk.
