My link is not posting sorry, use the search function left of screen recipes, slowcooker roast beef, last year, and you will get different ideas. My fav way for my rolled roast beef is rub a little oil, crushed garlic, s/pepper all over meat. brown meat all sides in a hot frying pan. Put meat in your preheated cooker drizzle some balsamic vinegar on it lid on and cook. Take meat out when cooked rest under tin foil and tip juices into a sauce pan and make a yummy gravy.
