I have a friend who is in and out of hospital and another friend herhusband passed away .
Ive made Lasagne,Lamb shanks, meatballs, chicken veggie stack.My brain is not in gear.any new ideas would be great.

agree, and some cooked up mince , casserole etc .im always doing meals for my mum.sometimes i put a meal aside for her, but if i have left over will freeze it so she can have what she likes with it.Even thou mum is good at making meals for herself i feel good knowing at least ive given her a "good meal"

Corned Beef and cauliflower cheese! Suggest only because it's so easy to do, and by now you must be pretty tired yourself! A beef casserole would be easy to prepare too.
