It tasted like marmalade (bit of a tang but that's ok) and it was setting on everything I slopped it on (which was pretty much half my little kitchen).So how long will it take to set in the jar and how long til the lids suck down! Never made Marmalade before so not sure what to do with it.

They start cooling down and then the lids will suck down with a 'pop'!Could take anywhere from 2-6 hrs.It's quite fun. It's nearly wine o'clock, so pour a glass and congratulate yourself and listen to them pop from your leisure chair.

Aw thanks shop-a-holic, I havent got a wine but I have made a big cuppa tea.I am absolutely worn out!
