I dont have a recipe, but I keep mine in the frezzer, it doesnt go into a hard block, it stays the same texture. Then you just need to take out what you need. :0)

We use it in our breadmaker - but you would have to make an awful lot of bread to use up a bag.

I've got a choc truffle recipe that was my mums, not usually a big fan of truffles but these are yummy. ( After you've added the milk powder the mix is particularly nice to eat straight from the bowl :-))
Mix together 4 Tbsp Butter, 4 Tbsp milk, 2 Tbsp cocoa, 8 Tbsp sugar.
Add essence peppermint or vanilla.
Add 12 raised Tbsp milk powder. Mix well and put in fridge. Add finely diced fruit medley, then when firm roll into balls and roll in coconut

thanks for this tip!have to get some for my breadmaker, been making recipes without it in it and want to branch out, and was wondering where to keep it since you don't need that much.

This is what I do as well. Keeps for ages in there. Only ever use it for making bread in the breadmaker so dont use a lot of it AND it comes in handy when we run out of milk lol
