Really good in an omelette or frittata, if you have cranberry sauce that is nice stirred through for extra flavour, plum sauce is too. You could use whatever other vegetables you have handy,egonions, garlic, zucchini, broccoli, leeks. I make mine with zucchini or avocado.

Best thing ever: Smoked chicken, penne pasta, basil and cashew pesto/dip. Taste amazing together. We used to make it in a cafe I worked in with sun dried tomato as well, but I leave them out.

keep a bag of orzo in the pantry -have a look for cookessentials salmon orzo recipe and use chicken instead
