pumpkin soup in a crockpot!It would be most appreciated.I had one but it was used so often that I can not find it now.

I roast pieces of pumpkin with garlic and rosemary and wedges of onion. Once roasty i put into crockpot with some boiling water, salt, curry powder, pepper and turn onto high for few hours (longer the better). I stir every now and then, taste and add a little more water or curry if needed, last one was so thick and creamy.absolutely delish!
