Turkey meat

Have been given some turkey - think its breast meat - was surprised how pale it is as I thought it would be darker, like duck. Now, how best to cook it! I'm thinking casserole. Your suggestions please.

Turkey breast meat is very lean and is probably best sliced thinly and cooked briefly.It dries out quickly.Treat it the same as chicken breast:stir-fry;beat out into escalopes, crumb and shallow-fry,; stuff with garlic butter, then crumb and deep-fry.
