Hi all, Currently on what seems to be an impossible mission: Find a supply for dried whole kernel yellow dent corn (Food grade). Does anyone in TM-Land know somewhere that sells 10 - 20kg bags! Couple of years ago, I got some through Corson Grains - 200kg! Which was their minimum order.I thought we were set for life, but alas, it hadn't been dried properly and when we opened the second drum there was more mould than corn. Apparently it only has a 6 month shelf life. So. Can anyone shed some light as I'm suffering from Tortilla withdrawal here. Many thanks
