Help with Beef bolar roast please

never cooked one before, and it was on special at the shop so grabbed one. it's 1.25kg can someone please tell me how to cook it so it's lovely and tender - don't have an oven bag or slow cooker thanks

Cook it in Crockpot on low.

I just did a real nice one last night. I put it in tinfoil and before wrapping up I sprinkled with mustard seeds, rosemary,time,and a couple of bay leafs then drizzled some garlic flavored oil and put in the oven on 100 for 5 hours. It did not shrink nor was it dry.

I have microwaved Beef Bolar, it was very nice, Follow the directions for your microwave, rest it tented in foil. Rare is best for that cut.

my mother used to call it pocket steak. she would cut a longish slit into the middle of it ,fill it with a stuffing mix & then you can wrap it in foil & bake in the oven just like any other roast. have a nice gravy with it,also some veges & mashed potatoes, yum.
