Yep they will be fine.When I bake cupcakes/muffins I always gladwrap some and freeze them.Great to have on hand for school lunches!

I find it best to double wrap any baking I freeze. You can ice them and freeze too.

Works well for sponge cupcake which I was attempting to create some some of triffle cupcake as a dessert.A few of them had defrosted well, with texture unchanged.
