used to love Paul Newmans south west dressing (smokey/orange colour). Would love to find something similar for a chicken salad but sick of buying dressings and hating them.getting very expensive! Any recommendations!

I'm good, just love a nice vinegarette. balsamic or red wine MMMmmmm with whole seed mustard seeds! I really should find a nice recipe for it.

The WW Balsamic is yummy, so is their Honey Mustard dressing.

a slosh of great quality olive oil, some lemon juice, and Maldon salt.Hard to beat.
