I use frozen berries, yoghurt, milk, raw egg, a banana (this thickens it though) a couple of weetbix and away you go. Crunchy/icy or smoother if blended for longer.

Nearly every morning I have a smoothie for breakfast and it usually staves off feeling hungry until lunchtime.
I use around 1-2 cups of frozen mixed berries, 1/2 cup of trim milk, one large banana and one small tub of a low fat fruit yoghurt. I blend it all with a stick mixer and its usually thick and icy but still drinkable through a straw.
