thread, thank you! i made a lasagne on the weekend, and it was AMAZING! i didn't use one paticluar recipe, just took ideas from everyone's and it was so nice. To the mince i added onion, garlic, grated carrot and courgette, mushrooms and oregano and basil. was meaning to put silverbeet on between the layers but forgot. made a traditional cheese sauce with normal cheese and parmesan and sprinkled parmesan on top. oh it was so good! gosh i want some more already! am going to make up a big batch and freeze it to have as a back up meal in the freezer.
