and it has expired, (on the 13th) any ideas on what i can use it for ! i dont want to waste it but not sure on what else to do with it! its still ok for now but dont want to leave it much longer

macaroni cheese, or cheese sauce over veges.

If it is still ok, you could freeze it.

looks like were having mac n cheese for tea tonight. theres only 2 of us so it i will still have some spare, might be custard for pud to if i can be bothered

rice pudding, macaroni cheese, scones (the milk should be ok to use for scones even if it has slightly soured but obviously not if it has gone 'off) .

I recall reading in another thread that some posters for convenience make a basic white/bechamel sauce in bulk and freeze it in appropriately sized portions for their later use when the sauce can be flavoured (cheese, herbs, etc.) according to the need at the time - so how about using some of that milk in that way!
