Its in a plain brown paperbag with a black label. And you simply mix, knead, leave and then roll it out. Not sure of the brand. Does anyone know what I mean!.

yes have bought 2 bags at Countdown on special. had grt sucess with it. Minehad a red & white label 'Blackwood',preservative free. Did one by hand & the next lot in the breadmaker.

i have used the laucke one (its in a box) from countdown, its great, two packs in the box

Thanks so much, have no breadmaker so will just do it by hand. Will go hunt it down and drag it home.
