Cabbage rolls

Picked up a rather large cabbage cheaply and thought "cabbage rolls for tea ".
Haven't made them for YEARS and can't find my favourite recipe.

How do you make yours please!

Thanks for that. My old recipe wasnt tomato based. More of a spring roll flavour.

I did do a google but often find I prefer local tried and true recipes.

mix together mince rice and garlic and season.Have a pot of boiling water on the stove and add the outside leaves one at a time and dip into water when limp remove and take out centre core.Put mix into the centre and roll and place into saucepan.When enuf of the rolls have been done add the boiling water and cook until done.20-35 mins. Put on dish and serve.

I bought half a cabbage from my usual Vege Shop and it is enormous.We will have coleslaw morning, noon and night!

We're working our way thru our monster cabbage.
Coleslaw, in lasange, cabbage rolls, chow mein, boiled as veg. gettng a bit tired now. Next time I'll look for a tiddler me thinks. :0)
