could i melt chocklate add milk and or oil then spead it on the cake
will it be ok

chocolate and cream.yes. The other I doubt would work or be nice.

You could add oil and do it but it will just set hard like regular chocolate, the oil will make it easy to cut through though. Id go choc and cream to make a ganache too.

If you've got butter or marg, I"d add that instead. Be careful not to heat your chocolate too much or it'll seize (go all lumpy and be no good.)
