Has anyone ever made whole wheat pasta using a pasta maker please!Or even by hand! We love the pasta made with white flour using our pasta maker, but would love to find out how to make it with whole wheat pasta as this is healthier.Thanks in advance for any help.

I have done it 50/50 before. That worked out just fine using a regular recipe and substituting half the flour with wholemeal. I imagine that a bit like bread making, you would want to add gluten flour to give it a bit of stretch if you use fully wholemeal.

I use a 50/50mix of flour, adding 1 T gluten flour to each cup wholemeal flour and it works well.
