I've been looking on here for a pan suitable to put into oven, such as for frittata. The one I am thinking of is similar to (hopefully much less costly) than the composition of Le Crueset . that is, white inside rather than black. What do I put into search! There are iron griddle type pans listed but I am not wanting the ridged bottom. Other iron pans have wooden handles . Advice appreciated.

I bought one of those from Briscoes with a wooden handle and just unscrewed it and took it off. It has a small metal handle left, you just have to be careful when you pick it up as it does get very hot! I use in the oven all the time now and it's gets better with every use.
