I am looking to make a fondant turtle for a cake Im am contemplating doing.How far in advance could I make it!Thanks :-)

Fondant will last a long time, it will harden though, just pop him in an airtight container till you need him.

I have fondant animals that are 12 months old, I make them as a hobby so have plenty when I need them.Keep them in an airtight container and in a cool place and they will last for ages
