Not much help sorry, we went to a pot luck on Saturday and I took a pot of pumpkin soup and everyone raved about it

we tend to stick to themes, but some of the mains on offer have been.cannaloni (sp), fish pie, fettucine, kebabs, stuffed sausages (with mashed potato) meatballs with pasta.

Mac and cheese with a tin of salmon (and the juice from tin used to make cheese sauce) and a tin of cream corn.Sounds weird I know, but it's yum :-) Or 400gms mince, 2x tins garlic watties pasta sauce, 1 tin some sort of flavoured tinned tomato's you think will match.Mix with 1 packet of cooked pasta of your choice (I quite like the spirals at the moments).Make 3 cups cheese sauce. Put half the pasta mince mix, layer with half the cheese sauce. mince and pasta, rest of cheese sauce. wee bit of grated cheese of top (bit of parmesan great here too), then reheat.
