I've never cooked with filo before but am going to try tonight.What I am wanting to do is stuffed chicken breasts wrapped in filo, so my question is will I need to cook the chicken breasts first, before wrapping in filo or will the filo cook at the same speed as the chicken!Thanks

I would pre cook the chicken, mainly because it will be extra thick once stuffed. Hard to check when it is wrapped in filo.

yes cook chicken first as filo will only take 5 minutes to cook.
