Has anyone out there got a recipe for home made aoli.

Roasted garlic (oven) 1 egg yolk 1 tsp mild mustard 1/4c white vinegar Pepper to taste 1c olive oil
blender/processor or stick mixer
process first 5 then slowly dribble in the oil until thick and emulsified.
Keeps for 1 week safely in fridge
Take the garlic out and it keeps much much longer.
