Any suggestions for the best bread to use forbulk sandwiches. I am catering a supper and want bread that is properly square so that it cuts nicely into quarters.
brendawitch, I suggest Couplands, especially if you choose the loaves yourself and make sure that the bread is carried either in the bread trays which it is displayed in or do as we do, admittedly not for bulk purchasing, but for our own use I/we always take boxes rather than have the bread put into bags where IMO it gets squashed.
