Can i freeze uncooked foccacia dough? My recipe makes an EPIC amount and we just can't eat all this bread in the next week!

think I would bake it up anyway and freeze what you can't use right now

Put the dough in the fridge - and bake as much as you need each day :)

Demon6pricess, it looks to me that you must have a ciabatta bread recipe? I have been trying to find one, would be grateful for it if you have one that is reliable. TIA
I freeze all bread I don't use the day it is made, warms up like fresh in the MW. Or toast frozen! I have also frozen dough until needed - needs time to get to room temperature though.
